Matt Pritchard has more than 15 years of retail real estate research experience, and more than 20 years’ experience performing demographic analysis and GIS/cartographic support. Over that time period, he has worked for REITs, including most recently at Weingarten Realty, as well as for other entities in the private and public sectors. Matt has a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Master of Science in Community & Regional Planning, both from the University of Texas at Austin.
